On your turn, match the top card of the discard pile by its color suit (red, yellow, green, blue) or by its number.

Use action cards
Play tactical cards to skip an opponent, reverse the turn order, or make the next player draw extra penalty cards.

Down to one card, it calls UNI for you. First to empty their hand wins the pot.
